I have been thinking of showing you guys what I am obsessed with lately and was trying to think of the best way to do it. A video came to mind. Usually, the whole process of filming and editing really bores me, as I would just rather take photos and write about it. But, I apparently caught the ‘filming flu’. Which is a sickness I just made up now to compensate for my desire to film a video.
Anyway, this video is all my current favourites. Mostly beauty and accessories, which are still very important to every fashion lover. Hopefully you guys enjoy! Let me know what you think in the comments and any other video ideas you think I should do.
I also posted the video to my YouTube Channel, so be sure to give it a thumbs up!! THANKS!
At first, I was so skeptic of these sweaters and thought they were ‘ugly’. This season, I have a new found love for them. They are SO comfy and can literally go with anything in your wardrobe. I’m glad they are back this Fall/Winter season so I can give them a second chance. I bought one at H&M over the weekend and I want to wear it everyday. Unfortunately, I can’t bring myself to do that.
I have been seeing these sweaters pop up everywhere, H&M had a great price of $19.95 on the one I bought. I wasn’t able to take any pics of how I styled mine but there will FOR SURE be a post in the future featuring it, so subscribe to be the first to see new posts!
A couple ways to style them are: layered over top a flannel/button down, under your fav leather jacket, tucked into distressed denim or with that A-line skirt you have been dying to wear. The possibilities are endless since these sweaters come in so many different styles, shapes and colours.

Sweaters are a MUST-HAVE for the fall/winter season. Usually, sweaters are dressed down or dressed causal but they always have the potential to be dressed up. I thought I would show you guys how you can wear your fav knit sweater for a dressy/going out look.
Instead of just wearing a simple cami or tee underneath my sweater, I wore a cami with a lace insert, it adds a lot more femininity and chic-ness (is that a word?) that dresses up the sweater. I, of course, added a bib-style necklace (current obsession) to complete the look.
This is my first time wearing these sling-backs and I already have blisters, my poor toes. Beauty is pain though, amiright?
Leather (faux) leggings are definitely a piece you can also dress down/dress up, they completed the look I was going for because of the shine. I wore simple pair of heels because I wanted the top half of my outfit to have most of the attention. The great thing about the sweater is that it’s not too thick, so on the colder days I can throw my jacket over top.
Lace Cami- Dynamite
There is a lot going on here, faux leather, heavy knit, studs and suede. Who cares though, it works. Fall is sweater weather and I am definitely taking advantage of it by wearing a thick knit sweater with faux leather leggings/joggers.
Usually, I am wearing all-black, but I always try to add a pop of colour somewhere. Whether its my lipstick, necklace, purse or shoes. Shoes won this time. I am IN LOVE with this bright red for fall. Red and Fall go together like peanut butter and jelly or pizza and beer. You get the point. I love the loafer, preppy style of these flats and of course the POP!
Are these even called leggings? If you watched my hungry4new-in video (click link to watch!!) then you know I describe them as half legging, half jogger because they are kind of loose and kind of tight. Hopefully you understand what I mean. Sometimes there is no easy way to explain how something fits and these pants are one of them.

ALSO, you should definitely follow my friend, Alannah’s blog TinyinToronto she is also a fashion student here in Toronto, she took all these pics so be sure to give her the credit and check out her blog!
I styled the boots with distressed boyfriend jeans because I knew they would look great cuffed (showing a little bit of leg was important). I wore a simple black tee on top to make the boots standout.
Boots are made for walking… to the store… to buy more boots. The chilly weather has begun and that means I’ll be wearing boots on the reg. I was especially excited to wear these new boots from Call It Spring. I knew the ‘chelsea’ style boot was super popular last fall but I had never really seen ones like these. I fell in love. If you read my last post (if not, you should here) you will get what I mean by falling in love with a material item. I tell you, it’s like no other feeling. The only other similar feeling I can think of is when your double bacon cheeseburger and milkshake gets to your table at a restaurant.
Denim- Forever 21
Boots- Call It Spring
Backpack- Call it Spring
You have to understand that when I first laid my eyes on this bag I fell in love. LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT.. Is that what they call it? What spoke to me first, was the size, I know there is a larger version of the bag and anything smaller will always will be amazing. Secondly, the COLOUR.. OMG. I don’t really think I have to say anything about the colour because it speaks for itself. It is also a must-have colour this fall season so that basically sealed the deal. This little bag is great because the shoulder strap is detachable; which means I can have it as a carry-around bag for going out OR I can use the shoulder strap for a day bag.

Pocket Tank- Express
Hey guys! MY BIGGEST apology for not doing a post in a while, been pretty busy with work and my creative juices haven’t been flowing at full force lately. But you know who can help that? MOMS! Yup, my mom helped get me back in gear and there will be a post this weekend (shoutout to you, mom).
So instead of an outfit post, I felt it was my duty to at least write a lil’ somethin’ somethin’.
Summer is coming to an end and another season is on it’s way. FALL. The feeling I have when I see a pair of shoes I desperately need is the same feeling I get when a new season is coming. Because, it means new colours, patters, materials, textures, trends…the list goes on. The three colours to sport this season are:
SHADES OF GREY
Once you venture out to your favourite stores, you will definitely notice these three statement colours. This doesn’t mean you need to wear all three colours together (please do not). Instead, add these pops of colours to your existing wardrobe to make your style fall ready.
With the weather cooling down (blah), it means that you’ll need to start layering and wearing sweaters, sweaters and more sweaters. Don’t just go for the classic knit, experiment with graphics, patters, textures (sequins, leather), sleeve length and neck lines. Sweaters are a great basic to have in your fall wardrobe because they can be worn with anything; dress a skirt down with a graphic sweater, make it business casual under a blazer. There are endless possibilities.
Hope this post gave you a few style ideas for fall! Let me know what your fav piece is for fall, in the comments. Don’t forget to follow my Instagram @hungry4style_
